"Randy Williams is a real professional. I enthusiastically recommend him. I have an old Fleck 5600 water softener. I discovered water building up in the brine tank. I called Randy. When I told him that I had changed the piston assembly myself he tried to instruct me over the phone how to find any problems in the brine draw. I didn't feel confident that I understood what he was telling me so I arranged for him to come out and service the system. He replaced a couple of screens and injectors. I asked him to check and see if I needed treatment for acidity. He told me that I could but it wasn't necessary. Very reasonable fee for high quality honest work."

"Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). "It went well. We had a previous company out to work on it 3 years ago. The Master Plumber found the issue to be the original home owners did not do any of the pump replacements to code. Also the pipe underground to the well was under code for the pressures involved. He would warrenty his work but only until the old pump. His request was to change it all. Dig a trench to the house and replace it all with stronger pipe. If he could do it of course the price would be higher but he would warrenty for 20 years. While working he would show us all the evidence of why the upgrade as well as the process. Meanwhile his price was pretty good. He gave a flat price in the beginning and it didn't change or fluctuate throughout the process even though a lot of manual labor was required just to get to the original repair area. Overall i would hire them again. I would say they are trust worthy and knowledgeable about their stuff. He punctual for his appointment times as well. All in all 16 hrs of labor, many feet of pipe, and a few dozen fittings."

I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again!
