"Jose came out to trouble my 6 year old water heater which stopped heating and would not respond to my efforts. After a long and thorough attempt to fix the situation, the heater declined to participate. Jose outlined my options and explained in detail what he wanted me to know before deciding to purchase a new system. Once I decided, Jose worked out a plan for me. He made sure his supplier was open on Christmas Eve so he could pick it up and install for me the same day. Jose returned early the next day with his partner to change out the old system (from 2nd floor) and haul the new tank up those pesky stairs. Super Heroes, absolutely. They worked diligently until the job was completed. Jose explained the features/answered my questions and gave me a very fair price. I definitely plan to call him for future needs. He's the best. "powerpro was able to send a professional quickly, but unable to help me with my problem. after quoting me a price online, the professional showed up and was unable to clear my drain, citing corrosion and needing full replacement of the drain. They said the needed time to provide a quote, for a project that would have been around 3-5k. The professional also said they thought I had a gas leak, and offered a $500 gas leak detection service. Later, I called another plumber who cleared the clog for $200 same day. Powerpro seems scammy, and I am canceling my Angi account over this."

He did say that he may not be able to solve the problem on his home because the drain pipe was bigger than what he was equipped for, but he ended up managing with the smaller machine that he had. Next time, I would recommend verifying the pipe size with the client beforehand, but no harm done and problem solved! The company was very professional and efficient."
