Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. "We had A-Plus Roofing strip and replace all the shingles on our house back in August. They did a great job! They came out when we setup the appointment for an estimate and were very through making sure I knew everything that would be done.
We made the appointment and they started on the day promised. The crew was very nice and courteous left our place neat and clean at then end of each day and when they were done you wouldn't have even known they were here except our roof looked great. This was a pretty complex job as we have a very large Gambrel roof with a ton of angels. They were professional and timely.
On a side note....We had a problem with our garage roof - which needs to be re-shingled in the next few years. I called them they came right out and gave us a fix to get us through until we can get this roof done. They will get the call when we're ready. We couldn't be any happier with their work!!
