"While replacing the flooring upstairs I ran into an issue with the transition to the staircase. James was able to cut off the step overhang, cut and install the stair riser to fit along with trim. He then installed the stair transition along with a handful of hardwood boards to ensure it connected well to the rest of the flooring. James was quick to answer or respond throughout the scheduling process and arrived right on time for our appointment. He went about the job efficiently and finished in about 5 hours which included a trip to Home Depot to get some supplies that I did not have on hand. "December, 30 degrees, blower motor went out, Paul replaced it in hours. He responded quickly, efficiently, very friendly, reasonably priced, honest. and to the point. Informed us of other reoccuring AC problems with no pressure! Highly recommended!"

"The heating was fixed but I am very unhappy about the pricing and lack of transparency. The service technician tried to upsell me a $200 safety valve that I “absolutely needed” (but online said should be able to be installed for less than $50 and was just another added feature to shut off the AC if the drain was clogged). The technician said he would not charge me for the repair on my dampener but I got a $40 charge anyways after refusing to pay for the safety valve, which I said I would buy myself. When I had spoken with Casteel on the phone the night before, they said the $40 charge would be for a second HVAC unit, which ultimately did not get serviced. I never received a detailed explanation of these charges and instead said this was a “miscellaneous fee” for repairs. They got the job done but I do not think I would hire again solely because I felt like I was being taken advantage of for most of the visit. I could not get the $40 charge removed after calling Casteel and explaining the situation. So it was a $129 service call with no parts replaced more expensive than other providers."

Noting the slant on the concrete they added a leveling slab too. As a smaller company Acme doesnâ t finance over ten years, but the savings is gigantic if you can swing it.
