"Marco and a helper arrived at the agreed upon time and using a machine and the proper solvent were able to uncover the beautiful floor we had expected to see at the end of our condo renovation. The GC had even said the tile might have to be removed and redone if it couldn't be cleaned! We had them clean our balcony tiles while they were here removing a layer of construction dust that we thought was permanenetly embedded in the existing tiles out there. It is now beautiful too. I've given our building manager Duraclean's info as they also clean carpet, and commercial spaces. I will definitely use their services again, as I'm guessing our off-white matte finish tile will likely require a periodic cleaning by the pros. These guys are true pros at what they do. "Extremely punctual. My tile is porcelain and very challenging. He didn't want to charge me for an area he wasn't able to clean. Don't think anybody would be able to resolve the issue. Told him, I wanted to pay him anyway for his work. Hard worker, would definitely recommend him. Did a great job on my 2 bathrooms, where we restored grout, cleaned and sealed. Looks brand new!"

Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"I was told, they would be there between 1 and 2. They showed up around 2:15 without a phone call or follow-up. In three hours, they managed to do some cleaning. The two people wiped around several objects but did not move or clean underneath anything. They did not wipe the dust off of any pictures on the walls. They did dust one ceiling fan but not the second. The cleaners knocked a stack of papers off of a shelf and onto the floor but did not bother to pick them back up. I asked them to take out the garbage but they did not bother to do that either. They did not clean the stove or any appliances. There were so many things that they did not do and so many short cuts that were taken. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am very disappointed, for as small as this apartment is, my apartment should have been immaculate. Instead I have to hire someone else to redo their work. Stay away from One Way Cleaning."
