"Overall well, but disappointed in the last day when final payment due. There was a fairly minor thing that was damaged during roof replacement. Mr Ryan Vess did not disagree that they had damaged it. I was told there due it all man was very busy at the time but he would get to it in the next 2 weeks. Ryan shook my hand & guaranteed it would be completed very soon & I turned over the final payment on 10/28/16. After 3 calls made to Ryan over the next 2 months with each time his stating he couldn't believe that it wasn't done yet. I decided that I had relearned a valuable lesson, never make final payment till the job is completed completely. Even when your dealing with otherwise reliable vendors & you even know the owner Mr Bowers personally. The other comment about Art Construction is the work crew was from south of the border, which I had no problem with. The problem was when I had a question or comment, I could not relay it due to language. The actual work crew I will give & A+ to. A Mr TJ Prime was supposed to be the go between myself & the crew. He was never there, I did call him with a concern he came over stood & listened to me for a few minutes between taking phone calls. Advised he would handle it, then left with out speaking to crew. Not impressed with Mr Prime. I would strongly suggest to Art Construction that they have someone at the work site that the owner can speak to on a regular basis when were spending that kind of money! Over all I give Mr Ryan an A, he just needs to follow trough on the final details to the end. I give the actual working crew an A+ they were prompt & hard working."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.   <br /> I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!   <br /> <br /> I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion.. <br /> <br /> Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"Terrific. We keep coming back to Cool Breeze because they do such a good job. The original installation was 4 sides of lanai which matches our paint very well and work smoothly. The remote allows us to easily control them individually or all 4. They came in at no charge before our addition began to remove the screens that could not be used. They have stored them for us while the work is done, so made this hassle free. Once our addition is complete we are going to have Cool Breeze come back again for 2 screens on the addition."

"We had some difficulty with timing of the project and getting timely responses from Tile Tactics. I believe they are busy with other projects. They did quality work at a reasonable price. They made good suggestions on what type of tile and colors to use. We also had them repair our shower door, though the repair did not turn out to work right (still leaks badly). It is probably best to just have them stick with tile work. We may have them come again to tile our other bathroom if our budget allows. <br />"

"Our garage was weathered and the paint had been peeling for years. We originally planned to get aluminum siding because we wanted to avoid painting. However, this contractor suggested siding panels that are not vinyl, they look like wood and are low-maintenance, and we are very happy with the recommendation. The garage has now been through it's first Michigan winter and looks great even though we have not done a thing to maintain it. The contractor installed the panels and painted them in a color that matched our house. He trimmed and painted the window, front, and sides. The window on the garage had rotted out and was just loosely sitting there, so the contractor also installed it properly and finished the trim around it (both inside and outside). The job was completed in two days as planned. One note - we have an electrical outlet box on the outside of the garage. In the past we had always "worked around" it, so it looked sloppy with mismatched colors on the garage behind it. The contractor corrected this - he knew how to pull it forward, trim the garage behind it, and put it back so it looks much better - an attention to detail that we appreciated."
