"Romero did an excellent job. He installed new water and gas lines. He installed bathroom fixtures, connected drain lines and connected gas appliances. He does a great job for a fair price."

"I hired them to install a gas line in my home. They were absolutely wonderful to work with!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing reliable, affordable and superb service!"

"Chris was prompt and did a fantastic job of fixing my gas leak for my pool heater. He used quality parts and even painted the pipe to give it extra rust prevention. When I requested service they called me immediately before I could close out the app. Glad that I answered the first caller. Job well done!"

"Home was built in the mid 1950â s; water pipes were original galvanized and internal corrosion had taken a toll over the years. Nickâ s replaced all water pipes with PEX pipe and insulated same. They also replaced 2 original commodes and a couple of faucets. They used a camera to determine the condition of sewer pipes & found advanced deterioration, so we replaced those as well. Valton was the crew chief and his expertise and job management capabilities made for an unparalleled quality of service and material installation that went above expectations. I highly recommend Nickâ s Plumbing for your household plumbing needs. Mark"

"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

"Replaced a 24 yr old water heater. Good work, very thorough job. New gas line was extra. Overcharged for a sediment trap/drain for the natural gas line that was not in the original quote. Charged $95 for $1.00 worth of black pipe and 5 min to install. Other than that, very good work and value."

Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. "They immediately responded to my request for service and came to do the work within a couple of days. I had the outdoor underground sewer lines replaced. They had to dig 10 feet down. They were timely. But, they did not properly place the manhole cover, but they have promised to do so. The cover should be flat and it's "ajar.""
