After a quick cleanout of my main sewer line from the cleanout connection to the main line, I requested a video inspection to verify what a previous inspection by another company 5 years previously had shown to be a severely damaged line with tree roots invading the line. Much to my surprise, this inspection showed no evidence of a damaged line and no tree roots were recovered from the rooter machine or shown by the visual inspection. This saved me thousands of dollars that I thought I would have to spend to replace the line due to actions of an unscrupulous plumbing company."

"Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left.
