He advised me every step of the way so there were no surprises. He did not charge extra for additional toilet hardware needed nor did he charge to do a little extra caulking to beautify another existing vanity top and shower stall. Lacey's eye for detail made me confident that I received excellent service at a fair price. The workers were diligent in not causing any damage to the work already done and thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris, including the old toilets and the packaging from the new vanity and toilets."
