"Finding someone to install a water softener seems like one of those tasks where you can easily find yourself in trouble because of sales people wanting to sell you expensive equipment that is not needed and/or getting someone who provides shoddy workmanship. After seeing the stellar reviews on Angie's List for AOK Water Services, I gave them a call. Kevin and Kristie came out, and we talked about my options. They had a cost sheet with simple pricing, and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Our discussion was more like talking with a knowledgeable good neighbor that you have known for years. I did not need to interview any other company. We scheduled the installation at a time convenient for me. Unfortunately, on the day of installation, it was raining heavily and my unit was being installed outside. Kristie contacted me plenty of time in advance of my appointment and rescheduled for a time that was good for me. Kevin came out on time and had the unit installed and working with no issues within the timeframe communicated. If you need a water softener, I urge you to call AOK. "We had a water softener installed 5 years prior that was not working at all and that previous company wouldn't fix the problem. Rather than purchase from that company again, I decided to get quotes from other companies for a new system. I am so glad I found AOK through Home Adviser. I really appreciated Kristie & Kevin were very knowledge about the problems with my water softener system. Kevin offered to repair our softener, but we decided it was best to replace it. Once Kevin had removed the old softener, we were able to see the reasons why our 5 year old softener had not been working properly to soften the water at all. The resin was of seriously poor quality and the carbon was almost non existent. Kevin installed a new softener with much higher grade resin (which he showed me before installation) and we got a 2 tank system with one being devoted to carbon only for better performance. The difference in water quality was IMMEDIATE! Kevin did warn me about possible discoloration for a short time due to new resin and carbon filtering, but that went away within a day and didn't cause any quality issues. I m really happy with A-OK Water Services. I would highly recommend them for work quality, customer service and price point. Awesome people to work with. They also provided salt services for a reasonable price and deliver higher quality salt that what I can purchase in the stores myself. Being disabled, I need that help because I can't handle those heavy salt bags."

"My husband had been replacing our Culligan Reverse Osmosis filters for quite some time. However this year he had been ill so we decided to hire someone to replace them. We didn't want to call the Culligan company because of their reputation for excessive service charges. We know now how much filters cost so we know that the price charged us a year after we had the unit installed was too high. But this time we had no choice. I went into the Home Advisor site to see what other vendors charged for this kind of service but I still ended up with a Culligan servicer, Culligan Water Conditioning! We were quoted an amount that was lower than the amount we paid before so we decided to go with them. The tech rep, Steve Easters, impressed us with his efficiency and his affable nature that we decided to have him replace our filters in the future even if we know that we can save a lot by replacing them ourselves. He is one of the better technical reps we had come across during the 40+ years we have lived in the U.S. Culligan is lucky to have him."

"This outfit is the best. starting with Ken, who took the time to test the water and explain the benefits of this filtration system, to Lindsay setting up the install appointment, right away, to Danny,, what can I say about Danny! What a nice, courteous, professional young man...he too knows what he is doing. He had to remove somethings in order to make this work, and he cleaned up after the job was done....I've lived in Florida for many, many years and have dealt with a lot of "trades", I wished they all were as professional and knowledgeable as Quality Safe Water...I don't usually recommend folks but I would be doing a disservice to them if I did speak up...they are the best!"

"I had an excellent experience with your plumber David Yates in early November of 2025, so I called your office April 29th 2026 to request his services to complete work begun April 2nd with Invoice 157850535 by another of your plumbers, Anthony Greene. May 1st, via Invoice 159573769, David completed the repair and replacement of my Hall bathroom's Tub/Shower handles with installation of Gerber extension kit picked up from Hydrologic; David also picked up new sleeves and after discussions with Bucks staff, cut extensions and chrome sleeves to size, then installed handles and tested; working properly at this time, then installed owner supplied handheld shower and tested; no leaks.
