"I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell and Demarcus. They called when they were on the way, arrived on time, and completed the installation in just a few hours. It was a tough job. The water heater was partially blocked by the furnace but Mitchell figured out how to remove the old heater without having to remove part of a wall, which is what I expected would have to happen. He re-piped the connections (the old piping was a mess!) ran the gas line extension to my stove area and placed the new heater. I had hot water within a few hours of job completion. I now look forward to hiring Mitchell again to install my new gas stove (once I buy it). I highly recommend Cool Air. I will receive a 10% discount on the water heater in the form of a gift card because I'm a Costco member."

"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I give them a A-"

"We exhausted every measure to save our water heater and finally decided to replace it. RPX sent a very detailed plumber, he did take some time to do some assessments to see if was salvageable. He too, recommended a replacement. He provided a detailed estimate and we had our water heater installed the next day. The plumbers work was meticulous and done with 1000% satisfaction rate."

He was able to come to my house the same day and provided an estimate that beat out his competitors significantly. it was a big job replacing the sewer line from my house to the street and it was done within hours.
