We’re planning a complete renovation but wanted to identify any structural issues, if any, and fix such before beginning renovation. I learned a lot during the course of the inspections and in our discussion afterwards. I received the written report within a few days on the attic inspection and expect an equally quick completion of the written report on today’s foundation inspection. I trust him to do a good job and would request his service again. My only request to the company is to reduce the fee if no engineering plan is needed or provided. I feel they should be compensated for their time , but Crosstown charges $420 whether they do an engineering plan or not, other companies only charge when an engineering plan is provided."
