Their explanations made complete sense, and our trust was well-placed. Pre-construction Inspection - Prior to the demolition phase, we had concerns about rotten wood. Jacob and his team conducted a thorough pre-construction inspection, outlining possible scenarios. As it turned out, the issue wasn't significant, and Jacob honored his commitment. Workmanship - We were pleasantly surprised by the seamless coordination among the team. It was evident that they had been working together for quite some time. They treated our property with respect and consistently cleaned up after themselves. Quality - The end result surpassed our expectations, particularly in regards to the stone fabrication, which presented some complexities. They handled it exceptionally well. Timeline - The project was completed a remarkable 8 days ahead of the estimated finish date. Project Management - Jacob, the project manager, demonstrated exceptional competence. He was consistently on top of everything and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. Additionally, we received frequent photo updates before and during the construction process. "recently had Sharon with Cavalier Builder complete my earthquake retrofit, electrical panel upgrade and laundry room. This is my third time working with him and I had another great experience. I’m the kind of person who likes concise and informative reviews so I would recommend Cavalier builders to anyone for three main reasons: Communication, Expertise and Flexibility. Firstly, if you have ever had any work done you know how important quick communication is. I’m a mom of a toddler and I don’t have a lot of free time. Sharon is always so quick to respond and communicates through text, which is perfect for me. Sends quick updates, videos, and in person he is very helpful. I had him come quote me and he gave his opinion on what he thought needed to be done to get my house ready to sell. Sharon even told me what he thought I didn’t need to do, not many contractors would do that. He talks you through every step and his contracts are very detailed so you know exactly what to expect. Sharon and his team have a lot of expertise and are all very professional, this is the third time working with him and everyone has always come exactly on time, been super courteous, finished the project on time and left my house as clean as it was before. Finally, one of my main reasons I continue to work with Cavalier builders is their flexibility. It is a large business but everyone acts like a family. The benefit is that you can get a job done quickly and on time but they will also take on little jobs that are hard to get other big companies to do. I had a roof leak once and contacted a large roofing company, they said they were booked four weeks out, I contacted Sharon and I had it done one week later. I had an old wall heater that was broken and I wanted to remove it. I contacted a large heating and cooling company and they said they wouldnt do it. After three jobs I even recognize faces behind masks and worked with Eddie, Felix, and Sammi a few times. This is so important to know because if you work with someone who has long term employees it says that the work is good and the results are consistent and that the contractor is someone you want to work with."

"We met Frankie and his team in 2018 when he came to help as a subcontractor on our project of building our dream home in a private community in Laguna Beach. Our first contractor didn't work out and it looked like our second contractor was also getting overwhelmed by the complexities of building a custom home designed by a well known architect whose work has been featured in magazines like Architectural Digest. After a few weeks on the job we realized that Frankie was the one who could get us out of this stressful situation, so we asked him if he could step in and take over the project. Although reluctant at first, in the end he took the challenge and on March 1st 2019 he became our contractor. One year later and one dream home finished, we couldn't have made a better choice and we couldn't have made it without Frankie and his team! They were fully dedicated and involved in every step, from framing, concrete, plumbing, electrical, steel, waterproofing, stucco, dry wall, hardscape, landscape, painting, masonry, custom stone and custom marble work, custom Italian windows installation. Frankie was always proactive, never took no for an answer, never gave up until the problem was solved, he was ready ahead of time for pulling permits and schedule inspections, making sure that his team and all the subs met the challenges of working in a community known for its strict rules for construction building. He also made sure to liaison with the neighbors and the HOH personnel. In one year we never got a complaint or a fine! He also constantly shopped around for the best deal and fought for every dollar that went into the house. Unlike other contractors, getting materials from construction stores was done early in the morning and late in the evening, outside the construction hours, so that the workflow on the construction site would run uninterrupted. Anyone who remodels or builds a home knows how incredibly stressful the process can be, not only financially, but emotionally as well. Throughout the most difficult moments of this emotional and financial rollercoaster year, Frankie was there to reassure us and never let us doubt the fate of our dream home. "<p>In 25 years this is the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. <br /> The whole process started with our upstairs toilet overflowing. Unfortunately this happened without the knowledge of anyone in the household and occurred just as we were leaving the house for a 4 hour shopping trip. When we came home the bathroom and most of the downstairs area was flooded. We reported this to our insurance company and were able to get the water mitigation and demolition completed with one of their suggested contractors. We then spent 8 weeks working with a couple of contractors trying to come to an agreement so we could get the repairs done. Even our insurance company was frustrated with the poor communication and effort these contractors exhibited. Just when we were ready to give up on ever getting the repairs completed, someone from work referred us to Builderzz.<br /> I called Builderzz that night and spoke with Yoav Arielli who goes by Joe. We agreed to meet the next night. When Joe came to give his estimate, I shared the insurance estimate with him to help ensure that he didn't miss quoting anything. Joe did a quick review of their estimate and said that he felt that the price they were estimating on many of the repairs we needed were overstated. He was confident that he could give us an estimate well within the allowance we had received from the insurance company. By the time we finished our meeting, my wife and I were sold on Joe and his company. We agreed before he left to get the work done by Builderzz. We expected to have to wait a week or two before getting started but Joe said he could have two members of his team out the following day! My wife and I were going to be away at work so we arranged for my 81 year old mother to be home to let them in at 8:00 AM and to stay with our dogs while we were away. By the time we got home at 6:00 PM, the two workers and Joe were still there! We were amazed to find that they had not only installed all of the drywall, but had also installed the recessed lighting. My mother later told me that Eliseo, the worker who had been working in the kitchen, worked pretty much non stop. The next day was a Saturday and these guys don't seem to ever rest. Once again, they were at our house all day, prepping the drywall, texturing, removing wallpaper. Eliseo in particular is an artist. By the end of the day our kitchen looked tremendous. And Joe was a presence as well visiting or calling on a regular basis to make sure everything was going along smoothly. </p> A couple of days later, when the kitchen was ready for sanding and primer, I called Joe to make sure our appointment was still on schedule. Of course, he said, asking if we had chosen our vanities, offering to pick them up himself if we needed his help. <br /> In an effort to save money my wife and I decided to help with the painting. We worked with Daniel and he was a real pro, offering suggestions to help improve the outcome. <br /> Joe and Builderzz have gone above and beyond numerous times and in ways we didn't expect and we highly recommend them. We'll certainly use them again."

They carefully covered exposed surfaces in all work <br /> areas prior to actual removal and installation. They were careful to clean up <br /> after themselves every day, and to consider our needs for access each evening <br /> before they left us. Installation was done carefully and deliberately over a <br /> period of 9 working days. An unexpected sub-flooring problem was handled <br /> professionally with minimal interruption and job delay. <br />   <br /> We are very pleased with the final product and its <br /> appearance. The finances were primarily processed via e-mail with <br /> clarifications negotiated by phone and direct contact. All the workers who <br /> participated on the job were courteous and friendly.
