"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I almost didn't due to the rudeness of the woman that answered my initial call to the shop. I guess she was having a bad Monday at 9:00 a.m.! Don't let her chase you away if you call Hedlund! This was my best experience with a plumbing company yet (except for her) and I have had to have several pipes replaced over the years. "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."
