Not only did he make the repair quickly and efficiently, he took the time to check over the rest of the dryer and also checked all of the exhaust hose to make sure that it was clean. After removal of the old deck wood, it was determined that further reinforcement would be needed in order to do this job properly. Therefore, original estimate had to be adjusted quite a bit, to account for the extra labor needed to perform the reinforcement. Alex and his team completed the job in about three weeks, with most of the days in cold weather. Several payments were provided throughout the project and there were no hidden costs, they were very upfront in terms of what needed to be done, and were transparent throughout the process. Alex and his team also added, without additional labor cost, repair work for a side door deck, which involved replacement of about 8 boards. All in all, pleased with the work completed, very professional, and both decks look very good. Would use them again for future projects."
