"The gentleman from Kingdom surpassed every other furnace service that we have EVER had. He called within 10 minutes of our request on home advisor promised to be here within an hour and he arrived 45 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace went to the store and returned with a new pressure release valve within a half hour. Installed it tested it, bled the lines which immediately improved the heat in a cold bedroom. I can't say enough about how totally excellent this repair man was if I could give 10 stars I would."

"Jarod installed a new high efficiency boiler and extensively re-plumbed our central heating system about 12 years ago. He is quite knowledgeable and explained clearly the work he would be doing. The project was completed in a timely manner to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend him."

"Kevin was prompt, efficient and fixed the problem with our central humidifier. I will definitely call him for yearly service."

"Through the several steps of getting this generator project done Palmer was on time and on task always. Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. Two weeks later first power outage and everything worked like a charm. I just started with Palmer four months ago and added oil delivery and service to my generator work and I've been pleased with everything in the office and field. Very grateful."

"Spent a lot of time making sure everything was serviced appropriately."

"Many people complain about too expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. Yes I could have picked cheaper but I researched the furnace they recommended, Amana, always in the top 5. When the installation was done I was surprised to find items not included with contract were repaired with no comment. Their service, maintenance and equipment are 5*"

"Recently had Kyle's cooling and heating out to replace my furnace and central Ac system. Could not have been happier with the process from getting a quote for replacement to scheduling to the install itself. Kyle was very informative on any questions I had and I will certainly be using this company to perform the yearly service on my new hvac system. Highly recommend!"

"Good job at a reasonable price. Would definitely use service again."

"This was a service call for a annual tune-up/inspection of my boiler and water heater. Great communication from the beginning. Andrew, my primary contact, was the first vendor to reply with a quote, which I thought was very reasonable, and NRG had great reviews on HomeAdvisor, so I booked the appointment. The technicians (a two-man team) arrived on time within the specified window, and were extremely polite and very personable, and they even put on those shoe covers so they would track any debris into my basement. The service was completed in about an hour (no issues), and they were more than willing to answer my questions. I went through the "checkout" procedure right through one of their tablets (paid by check), and I had my receipt emailed to me before they even left. The final cost was the price that was quoted. They were efficient, very easy to deal with, and very professional. I would definitely utilize their services in the future, and would recommend NRG to friends/neighbors. Overall, a very good experience - thanks, NRG!"

"Great service! Emergency service and done within the day!"
