"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "They have service call is in expensive. This is just to get you. I felt this is bait and kill deal. But to fix the leak, their estimate through the roof not realistic. I wish they would increase service call fee and reasonable with the cost to fix minor repairs. Finally, we fixed the leak ourselves and saved 100's of dollars. I am rating B for the services that they were hired for. This did the job of diagnosing the problem. I did not hire them to fix because their price is too high."
