"What can I say, other than WOW! I first talked to the owner (Brian) at 8:19am to tell him that I needed a water heater replacement and I sit here typing this review at 11:42am after the job is done . What, a complete hot water heater replacement in 3.5 hours from the time of first contact? Who does that!? Technicians Sam and Joseph were top notch. Super courteous guys who know their trade. Price? How about $1000 cheaper than the Len the Plumber! Call Brian at Speedy Water Heaters/Modern Plumbing Systems, you won't regret it!"

"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

"Hired Pohlman to evaluate two natural gas tank water heaters in our home, one of which was unoperational. They suggested combi-boiler for our home in lieu of two tank water heaters. They did a great job and we are very pleased. Customer service is top notch, and I highly recommend Pohlman Plumbing."

"Robert saved me a ton of money by informing me that I did NOT need to completely replace our shower handle units and in turn redo a bathtub. He found a simple solution to a problem I had previously been told need intensive work. He was readily available to come and give an estimate for the work. He was pleasant, punctual, informative, and followed through on the work discussed. He even agreed to recaulk our shower that I had tried to do myself. I found him to be honest and efficient at solving problems and giving advice on future work. I will utilize his services from now on all home improvement fronts before seeking out others."

"I had to replace a water heater quickly. Gave me a competitive quote with a water heater with desirable specs within a day and scheduled me the day after. Technician was knowledgeable and efficiently performed the work. Water heater performs just fine. Cleaned up workspace and took a few mins to walk through water heater and maintenance after."

"A1 Tech Stephen Loyd with Mr. Rooter Plumbing provided excellent service in removing the old water heater and installing the new water heater. He was professional and provided awesome customer service. Well done!"

"The pro was very helpful with helping me understand my water heater issue. I learned something new about my water heater and the pro was prompt and friendly."

"Prime Plumbing provided excellent customers service from the beginning to the end. Rob was very thorough when he came out to provide estimate, financing options and gave good explanation of what was needed to replace my direct vent hot water tank for my condo. Rob was also the one who installed the hot water tank and did an excellent job. Direct vent hot water tanks are much more expensive than your standard hot water tank, so it was pricey. I initially found Prime Plumbing on Angie's list and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. I'm a single female in my early 60's. I did end up using my own financing because their finance company interest rates were way too high for someone with excellent credit. Do rate comparison first."

"Mr. McDowell is an expert in this area and had the fireplace serviced, up to code & working quickly. I can now have it inspected for the purpose of our homeowners insurance. I had hired him to provide a second opinion about the fireplace repair. He saved me the cost of replacing the fireplace-$3,000.00; and from a predatory salesman who had red flagged the unit."

"Excellent job. Removed old unit and replaced it in a timely manner and explained the required maintenance. Recommended"
