She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. "The owner called me right away and had a his service tech come out that same night to inspect my wayer main leak. It was already dark outside but the tech gave me a quote and said he can get it done that same night. I was shocked and relieved at the same time. We had no water for over 24hours already and we have a family with 4 dogs and having no runnimg water was stressful. They reacted quick and did a GREAT JOB for US. The only thing I did wrong was I called this other company first daythis happened and they couldnt come out til the next day. They were 2hours late and their quote was too high. I wasted a whole day waiting for them when I should've used Homeadvisor.com first and they connected me with Certified Plumbimg & Drain. They did an AWESOME job and I would DEFINITELY use them again.
