"I cannot begin to say how amazing this company is. I was recommended this company on Facebook. I called and was told I would have a technician at my house at 9am. The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. "Had a water heater go out on a Saturday. A friend of mine gave me Shane's contact information. He was out of town but sent Marco out to my home within 30 minutes of talking with him. Marco ended up installing the water heater first thing Monday morning after the part that was ordered didn't remedy the situation. Marco was pleasant, and effecient. He was concientious and went over usage with me afterwards. Shane was quick to stay in touch and follow up as well. Would highly recommend"
