"The whole process went very smooth.  From the first estimate until completion.  JD is very easy to communicate with, and is very professional, and a man of his word.
We have several estimates on replacing our window and doors.  Wood Rot was the highest of the three by a several thousand dollars.  We choose Wood Rot solutions anyway.  And very glad that we did.  His service and workmanship is well worth the extra money.
WE could not be any happier with our windows, and doors.  And would recommend that if you want things done right, I would pay the extra cost and use Wood Rot Solutions.

"We had shopped around quite a bit before we decided to go with Continental Siding, mainly because of the appearance with the seamless siding and the quality of the materials. We were also impressed by the patented installation process that allows for expansion and contraction of the siding. The preparation of the house prior to the actual installation was over and above the competitors. We liked the added insulation value to our home with the styrofoam backing that formed to the exterior siding and also provided additional support. As the project began we were impressed by the professionalism of the installation crew and their willingness to listen to any concerns that we may of had, which were always resolved. Ryan and his team were very professional.  They showed up in a timely fashion and they picked up the trash and debris from the old windows promptly.  Andy and the team worked very hard to get the installation done and they checked with me to verify that I was pleased with the job before they left.  Ryan gave me a follow up call to see if I was pleased with the work and has offered to come by if there are any additional questions or concerns.  This was a good experience, and I would highly recommend their work.

"What an excellent experience! I called Sissi Basement Waterproofing to come out to look at the terribly leaking basement of our recently purchased, more than 100 years old house. Lewis and his team came out that very same day. They walked around in the backyard looking at the gutters, the downspouts, the patio… Then they found why the water went into the basement and made a plan about how to redirect the water flow and waterproof the basement. Next day they provided us with an estimate. There was never any attempt to cause concern or up-sell throughout the whole project. They provided alternatives along with the pluses and minuses of each. Doug let us know that Scott would be installing our new fan.  Scott promptly called me and set up a time the next day.  He arrived on time and was very professional. We were replacing the original fan because we thought that the motor had burned out.  Once Scott started the installation, he informed us that it was actually the wall switch that went out, and that our ceiling fan was fine.  We went ahead with the installation of the new fan and Scott found that we had a wiring issue as well, which he corrected.  Scott did an excellent job!  He was very professional and kept working without a beat even though he kept running into issue after issue with what was supposed to have been an easy, straightforward job.  We will definitely call Doug and his crew in the future when we have other handyman needs!  They are a top rate group!
