"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"They will install any brand of water heater you wish, or sell you one that they carry. Person who did the install my heater did give me a heads up of problems with the unit I was buying. I ended up buying a different brand (not from the installer), and quite honestly am much happier with choice I made. "Apparently they only work through Home depot for water heater installations.  From the phone calls before hand to make sure I understood what would be done, at what cost, explaining the process and details, and advising me of possible variations ahead of time, to the tremendous efficiency and professionalism of the young man that installed the water heater, it was amazing.  When a small glitch developed a few days later with my humidifier, they immediately sent someone out to check on it, to determine if it was from the installation and disturbance to the water line to the humidifier.  They determined that it was, and fixed the problem immediately, and at no extra charge.  They immediately followed through with arranging to have the city inspection performed to get the city ok that it was installed properly.   Quick, efficient and professional.
