"It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. They were very easy to work with and explained any issues or concerns very well. The show unit looks so good now we just can't get over the differences it makes."

"The whole process from our first walk through the model homes to closing and even the support afterwards has been so personal and much less stressful than it would have been without such talented, responsive, professional and capable leaders. The design center experience was so much fun despite the pressure of so many choices. In my case he stuck to his estimate but he didn't find any unexpected damage while he was working either. He did the job in 4 hours less than quoted maximum time frame. "They had to dig out a whole wall out of my basement to stop the leaking. They cleaned the basement wall and they resealed it with the latest technology. They were very friendly and cooperative. They worked hard, and came when they said they would. Everything you would hope a contractor would do that did."
