"The gentleman who arrived was VERY kind and respectful. He cleared the main line of my sewer efficiently and cleaned up after he was finished. My rating is a little lower than it could be because I ended up having to have the line cleared again in 9 months. Usually, it's an annual process so I wasn't expecting to need it done again so soon.
