"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"After purchasing a deal they never returned my calls."

"Terry's company picked up the piece of siding the next day I called him.  I had to call him back several times to make sure the work was performed.  Terry admitted that he had misplaced my information and that given all the follow ups, they would perform the work for free, which they did.  I am pleased with the work even though it took so long.  Terry did mention that they had a hard time matching the piece that was replaced.  Given that Terry was very professional and admitted the issues with performing the work, I plan to use Terry in the future for any repair work I need.  I am pleased with the outcome and expect the next time the work will be performed more promptly.

"We have been wanting to do on the kitchen for the past few years. We met with many contractors and finally decided to go with Rob and Zack. They were excellent and paid attention to every single detail as if it was their own house. We changed plans many times and they were very patient with us. Very honest and hardworking. We'll definitely hire them again to do the master bath and other projects in the house. So glad we finally found a great contractor.

"Arrived on time and quickly resolved a problem I have been attempting to fix for many months. The worker was fast and efficient with his repairs. While not a massive job by any stretch, it was clear the worker knew his trade and was the consummate professional. This is a wonderful family-owned local business. I would recommend them highly.

"Their team (Logan & Lauren) did a great job on my deck! Even though we had to re-schedule 4 or 5x because of the weather, Logan would call me each week and give me an update on the next scheduled appointment. Once we finally had a clear day, they came out on time and worked way later than I expected to complete the job. Have had many friends & family members compliment the appearance of my deck since. Would recommend and use again with no hesitation!"
