"The person who provided the quote and the people doing the work had vastly different ideas of what was possible. We had asked to level the driveway and front steps along with a small patch of bricks that connected the two. The edges of the bricks and concrete did not end up level with one another and the masonry cracked. We ended up having a mason come out to fix the bricked area. We were told that, for what we paid, we could have just had a new driveway poured."

Kris came out and gave us some ideas for rebuild and we went with it, we have a much betted enclosure and are very happy. They noticed a problem with a built-in bookshelf and made sure it was well supported before they continued. Jerry, who rebuilt the subfloor, resolved an issue with rainwater coming in before continuing with the job. He and Jaime answered all of my questions and were happy to explain what they were doing and why it was necessary to the job.
