"The young man was very friendly..But when you have a hot water heater installed for $ 1200.00 and it doesn't heat.Then hours later they come back and tell you its your wiring,to call an electrician.Its 9 pm so you have to wait till Sunday then call a local electrician.McLeod Electric wonderfully comes out and tells us nothing wrong with our wiring and hooks up within 10 minutes.Of course that was another charge.So no I can not recommend-"

On the initial visit, he took the time to ask exactly how we wanted it done and has maintained the same quality of service over the whole summer. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
