"A knowledgeable Plummer was dispatched the same day. Outdoor faucet was replaced and a new inside shutoff valve was added. We also planned out replacement of one more outside faucet."

"I had a slow leak/dripping valve and the main shutoff valve was original and in need of replacement as it was very old and I was afraid of breaking off the handle or it failing when needed. There was also a corroded section of galvanized pipe coming directly out of the old valve so I was worried about it potentially failing at an especially inconvenient time and being unprepared for future emergencies.
Charlie and his assistant showed up as scheduled for their appointment and completed the replacement with an improved configuration. 
Charlie offered some extra observations and pieces of information and advice not all directly related to the job and answered all my questions about the plumbing work.

When Joe called me to inquire about my job I could tell right away he was knowledgeable of his trade, on top of that honest and of good character. "John arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, assessed the situation with the leak we had and determined it was the faucet itself that needed to be replaced. The old kitchen faucet was corroded and after a few minutes of trying to remove it, he simply cut it off. He installed the faucet we purchased and we're very happy now. Also was pleased John was assigned our job. He's a pleasant fellow and had done some work on our home before - he even remembered the job and the day (plugged-up bathtub the day after Christmas)."
