They showed up and finished when they said they they would, they cleaned up well after they left and surpassed our expectation on the quality of the job. "Service Date: 7/10/25 The electrician was very professional and courteous, and the work was done well. However, the cost was significantly higher than expected?over $1,300 just to replace three outlets with GCFIs and change one fuse in the panel. I needed the work completed quickly for a home inspection, so I didn?t have the flexibility to shop around. One thing that stood out was that they arrived, assessed the job, took pictures, and then left to purchase the materials?even though I had provided the details of the work ahead of time. While the service itself was solid, the price was at least double what others quoted. If you?re not on a tight timeline, I?d recommend getting a few estimates before committing. "

"Repairman was very polite and professional. He looked at what he could but said he couldn’t really give a complete inspection because it was dry out and sump pump wasn’t running. Probably true but didn’t really feel like a complete inspection."

He listened to the symptoms and my assessment of the problem, explored my basement with me and then investigated outside as well. He was very knowledgeable talking about what it could be, what he's seen and knew exactly what to ask and where to look to uncover the problem. He diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution and plan right away. He came the next day to rod out my sewer which was the core fix and did a great job and scoped the line before and after to show me the difference it made. "Entire HVAC system installed in May of 2024. Installer misinformed me about system operations. Part of prepaid maintenance agreement is a hot water heater flush annually. Technician refused to perform service stating that my unit was too old and pushed to sell me a new unit. Mine is eight years old and still has two years on the warranty. To retain my Trane HVAC system warranty I need to have it inspected each spring and fall. Twice this spring, Precision has scheduled this and no one came. One time ?someone accidentally canceled the appointment ? and again today I was taken off of the schedule because ?we just don?t have the manpower ? . Neither time was I notified. They are putting the system warranty in jeapardy. These inspections were prepaid by me last year."
