The workingmen did the work well; job went pretty smoothly. Process went according to plan, the timing went according to plan and pricing was accurate. "The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "My husband and I moved into my mom’s house to care for her pets after she passed away in May. While my mom kept the house up, she hadn’t ever remodeled. The house was built in 1980 and definitely needed a facelift, especially the bathrooms. I knew I was in over my head, so began checking reviews online and found Progressive. I called and immediately spoke with Adina. We set up an estimate appointment and I was grateful she was able to come by that same week. I showed Adina and her brother David (the contractor) everything we wanted done. We had quite a list and they went through each item painstakingly to make sure the quote was accurate. My husband and I were thrilled at the reasonable price they gave us. That said, our funds were few. ;) Our biggest concerns were the bathrooms and David and Adina brought the price for three bathroom remodels into our price range. We were thrilled and grateful. I was afraid we would have to wait weeks before the project started, but they were able to fit us in the following week. The main workman at our home was Saul and he was phenomenal. He was prompt each day, worked quietly and cleanly. As a woman, you always need to “be careful,“ but I was more than comfortable being there alone with him. Saul was always respectful, kind, and patient with me…as were Adina and David. There was nothing Saul couldn’t do from demo all the way to installing the new towel rods and toilet paper holders. The age of the house didn’t help, but each “problem“ we encountered was fixed easily and within our budget. David, Adina, and Saul even “remodeled“ the doggie door free of charge. It was old, water had gotten in and ruined the area around it. They cleaned it up, installed a new door, (they even weatherproofed it!) installed new baseboards and painted. And we LOVE our new bathrooms; they are GORGEOUS!!! We are hoping our finances loosen up soon because we can’t wait to get the kitchen done next! The team at Progressive truly is fantastic. I loved working with them and was so grateful for the “price consciousness.” I truly cannot recommend this company and it’s team more highly. You will be thrilled with their service in every way."

"This was a fairly big project for us—adding a room and replacing the roof—but it went much better than expected. Ron handled coordination well and kept things moving even when small issues came up. The end result looks clean, solid, and well built."

"I have a 2 bed/1bath townhouse.  The bathroom is small which is why I wanted professional input on how to make it a better space, perhaps ideas on storage/built-ins etc.  I thought that we would discuss (in general) cabinets/tile/paint etc and that he would be able to show me a 3-D picture of what my bathroom would look like once remodeled.  Maybe I got that idea from the title on the voucher or I watch too much HGTV.
He showed up on time and was professional.  I don't remember his name.  But he said that my bathroom was 'too small' to create a 3-D picture.  I found that a little ironic since the quote given to me was $10,000 for a remodel of my small bathroom. Especially considering that I wanted to keep my floors and I already had a marble countertop left over from the kitchen remodel.  
Beyond that, he did not have any additional design ideas on how to make the space more usable.  He did show me pictures of tile work from other jobs, which was nice, but I was expecting more.  
So be warned, if you have a 'small bathroom' they will NOT be able to provide a 3-D rendering of your bathroom.  Basically I paid $49 for a quote.

"i enjoyed working with build a dream, everybody that came here was so nice and polite. we painted the exterior of the house and it's beautiful. Matthew and Izik, my project managers, were business like and very polite and always available for me. i will highly recommend them to anyone."
