"My garage door sensors failed. Service Technician Frank W. showed up on time and promptly installed a new set. He then proceeded to educate me on how to audit the condition of my garage doors. We found a defective roller, a broken hinge, and 2 frayed lift cables. I am sure anyone of these issues would have been another service call in the near future! To finish up the service call, Frank lubricated all the moving parts on my doors. I am delighted with the professional, quality service I received."

"Derrick (employed for 17 years) from B Door came yesterday -was timely and no nonsense and said it was going to be a tune-up for $125. Retighten the springs, tighten the bolts, and lubed the hinges. My husband is very handy, but for some reason this issue of the door not closing properly "threw him for a loop." After I spent 3 hours checking for a good repair company from on-line, ads, and Angi's, I also had a recommendation from a B Door customer who rated them "Very Competent" In Their Business Of Doors! -AND- Thanks Bob (the owner) who was straight foreword and assure the job was probably a tune-up after explaining the dilemma. 5 Stars "HANDS DOWN!""

"48230 1/09/2025 WC 98 year old home needed two new garage doors after 6 foot spring broke. Salesman was great. Do to non conforming size of 1928 opening- doors had to be custom ordered from factory. Cesar V. was installer. He notified me he was on his way. He arrived on time. Cesar carefully installed new doors in an ancient garage. He was efficient. Cleaned up after himself. Cesar explained clearly how to maintain doors. He reassured me any faults found in door will be fixed under warranty. Very happy with new garage doors."
