"It seems so rare these days to find a company that does what they say, but Floors Sag or Shake is one of those companies. During the inspection process when looking to buy a 1935 farmhouse, Eddie provided a detailed estimate and explanation of what needed to be done to make the foundation secure. They were willing and able to make repairs that two of the larger foundation repair companies said they wouldn't do after looking at the foundation. When we decided to go ahead with buying the house and chose Floors Sag or Shake for the repairs, I told Eddie that we'd be in touch after closing. He called the morning of our closing to see if we were ready to start repairs. They started when they said they would, did they work they outlined in the contract, finished when they promised and charged the amount in the contract. This seems to be such a simple, successful business model, but is so rare to actually experience as a customer. The crew were professional, respectful and generally likable guys. The supervisor came out on a Saturday to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space, even though they weren't completely certain that they caused the leak.
