"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

He didn't have to do it, he's a very thorough guy. ( On a side note, he recommended we use enzymes mixed with warm water periodically to eat away the build up. "I purchased the faucets myself, using brands they recommended. I was disappointed that they wouldn't repair the leaking faucet because they weren't familiar with the brand (Jado). The installation was done and all seemed good until later that day when I noticed that the bathroom sink faucet that had been replaced was leaking from the pipe under the sink. They returned the next day and corrected the problem. Overall, very courteous and professional. I just recommend that you check the work thoroughly to avoid having to have them come back. The $277 price quoted below includes a $99 coupon I purchased from Angie's List for $200 worth of work. So the total job would have been $378 without the coupon. They saved me an additional $40 by providing 2 new connector pipes for one of the faucets free of charge."

"We needed our water heater replaced. It was somewhat complicated because we wanted to upgrade the tank in size, but we had limited room for it. There was some back and forth in finding the appropriate tank, but the salesperson and technicians were very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. When the pipes were moved and the tank was installed, it was done efficiently and professionally. We are very happy with our experience and the final product."
