"Everything went very well. Rema was very professional, prompt, and efficient. The underground drain was blocked with debris. Rema removed part of the gutter pipe and inserted a snake to clear the drain. The underground pipe was cleared and I saw water dispensing onto the street, along with the debris that was blocking the pipe. The snake was withdrawn, the gutter pipe was repaired and Rema was on his way. I was informed of the processed from beginning to end. Problem resolved!!"

"Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I cannot recommend Advanced Restoration Solutions highly enough for their outstanding water damage restoration service. From the moment I contacted them, they made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. When our basement flooded late one night, their team responded promptly to our call, arriving on site within an hour. They were professional, courteous, and empathetic, taking the time to explain their process clearly and answering all our questions. Their expertise was evident as they swiftly assessed the damage and got to work immediately, using high-tech equipment to extract the water and dry the area thoroughly. The crew meticulously cleaned and sanitized the affected areas, ensuring no trace of mold or mildew. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to restoring our basement to its pre-damage condition. They even liaised with our insurance company, making the claims process much easier. Their services were not only efficient but also fairly priced. The team at ARS turned a potential disaster into a manageable situation, providing peace of mind with their top-notch service. "Mike will make you feel comfortable when a water disaster occurs. Great attention to detail and customer care!!"

"Great service! Very professional and prompt. Restored my entire duplex, from a water damage causing situation."

"The mitigation went well but company does not restore any structure. They just take it apart. Company is misleading. Company charged for removing water which was completed before they even showed up. I removed all of the water. I was told that it was a flat rate regardless."

"I called several contractors before I found this one. He was able to come to my home the same day as the water incident. He and his crew of two others were able to pull up the wet carpet and tile, cut out the wet sheetrock, and set up fans and dehumidifiers, all in two and a half hours. He came back the next day to check on everything. After the basement was dry he came back to spray mold suppressant. He was very professional and friendly in dealing with me. I would highly recommend him to my friends."

"From start to finish, the staff at Mold Gone were completely professional. Mike came out for the initial consultation letting me know exactly what was going on and what was needed. John and Henry performed the work, walking me through every step of the way. When they left, they cleaned up the work area. I had water damage in an area of my basement. Not only did they treat the mold, but they replaced the woodwork that was damaged. I would definitely recommend Mold Gone to perform any mold related work."
