"I've hired Justin and his team for many projects over the past seven years. He helped us remodel our basement which required moving walls, installing luxury vinyl tile, painting, and installing new lighting. The work is consistently very good and his team is reliable and great to engage with. I can explain what I want done and he delivers exactly that. He is not always the cheapest, but he's not expensive either, and you get what you pay for. If I have a minor issue he's quick to resolve it. I highly recommend Adam Contracting!"

"RJ Construction made significant repairs to our 30 year old cedar deck, stairs and screened porch. The old wood was replaced by Trex; a modern railing and screen system were installed; and the porch posts wrapped in a white pvc trim. The result is an outstanding modern looking porch/deck. Working with Robert was easy from beginning to end. He understood what we wanted, gave us good ideas and was timely in all communications with us. His team was also excellent in both the construction phase and in cleaning up the significant amount of wood and nails from the demolition of the old decking."

"Provider, Home Pro Roofing, did the initial inspection of my roof on March 26, 2015 between 1 and 2 p.m. EDT. The representative took pictures of the roof and proposed that 12-15 shingles that had previously been repaired now be replaced. Additionally, he recommended that I replace my metal ridge vent with a newer ridge vent system. I accepted the entire propsal (shingle and ridge vent replacement). On or about April 7, 2015, provider returned to do the work of replacing the shingles and the ridge vent. Unbeknowst to me (because I was out of the country when the work was performed), the shingles were replaced; however, the ridge vent was not. Subsequently, a heavy rainstorm revealed a leak in the roof causing buckling to part of the ceiling in my bedroom. So, I called Home Pro to have a representative conduct a follow-up inspection to find the source of the leak. A manager came to my home to do the follow-up inspection. He indicated that the "old metal" ridge vent was the likely source of the leak. Confused, I explained that the ridge vent should have been replaced under the terms of the contract. After some back and forth about whether I actually contracted and paid for a new ridge vent, he discoverd that I had paid for a new ridge vent and the work was not done. He told me that due to all of the back orders he had, I would have to "wait my turn" and that it would likely be two weeks before a technician could return to replace the ridge vent (that I already paid for). I was disappointed by his tone and response; however, I had no choice but to wait. During the two week period, there was a lot of rain that caused more buckling of my bedroom ceiling and eventually caused a hole. Desperate, I had no choice but to put a bucket under the leak and wait. Approximatey two weeks later on June 15th a technician returned to replace the ridge vent. The ridge vent was replaced and the leak stopped. I know this because we've since had rain and there was no further leaking. Nevertheless, I still have to incur the cost of having my ceiling re-plastered and painted. The internal damage could have been avoided if the work had been done as scheduled the first time. I had a company give me an estimate on the repair to my bedroom ceiling which amounted to $300. Ultimately, my insistance that the company install the ridge vent that I had already paid for was NOT unreasonable and would have avoided the damage to my bedroom ceiling and additional cost to me to fix the damage. I believe the manager's reaction to my request had less to do with anything I said to him (especially given how disrespectfully he spoke to me in my home) and more to do with the fact that he had already been paid and therefore I was no longer a priority.
