Rema removed part of the gutter pipe and inserted a snake to clear the drain. The underground pipe was cleared and I saw water dispensing onto the street, along with the debris that was blocking the pipe. He and his crew of two others were able to pull up the wet carpet and tile, cut out the wet sheetrock, and set up fans and dehumidifiers, all in two and a half hours.
