"Trevor did an excellent job cleaning our deck/patio areas (500SF of stamped concrete, 400 SF of Eon composite decking). Decking: 20 yrs old. Stamped concrete: 30 yrs old. He power washed the surfaces with a 2700 PSI power washer. Pwr washing removed the loose sealer, dirt, dust etc. He applied terracotta red & brown Quikcrete color product (Home Depot or Amazon). He also applied the brown Quikcrete product to highlight the grout lines which gives the appearance of flagstone. He followed with 2 coats of Behr sealer & applied 303 Aerospace Protectant (Amazon) to the Eon deck. The 303 Product really brings the “oak color” & wood grain. Trevor also re-stained the Hot tub wood, wood bench, & vertical surfaces (posts, paneling etc). See the enclosed pics for details. Pay close attention to the Co Spgs weather. Sealers can take a few hrs to dry."

"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. "We bought an Angie's List Deal for the project. They called right away to let us know their schedule would push our project out to 3 months from when we bought the deal. We asked if the square footage listed in the coupon would be enough for our house and he assured us that almost all houses they've worked on fit within that limit. When they called 2.5 months later to let us know they could schedule our job, we set up a time for the actual estimate. It came in much, much higher than the deal price. Since it was well past the 30-day return time frame on the deal voucher, we discussed the situation for a day or two and came to an agreement on the final price. Work started right away and took a day longer than originally planned (rainy weather was a big factor!). A little better communication on when the work would start/end each day would have made making arrangements for my dogs a little easier, but overall the work was done well and the house looks great."
