"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "The service man was great! He spent about an hour cleaning and adjusting. He explained everything he did.
But I had a slight hassle over the price I was quoted on the phone.
There was a $20.00 off the service advertised on Sure Temps website. When I asked the person scheduling the appointment about it she said that the price of the service would be $140.35 including tax minus the $20.00 for a total of $120.35. When I tried to pay the service man the $120.35 he said it was supposed to be $140.35, he called his company and the person he talked to said $140.35 unless I printed out the coupon. I don't have a printer, it didn't look like a coupon, and the service scheduling person did not say it was a coupon that I needed to print out. I called the office myself and mentioned that I got the name of their company from Angie's list and immediately they accepted the $120.35.
I think the service provided for the price was very good, but I don't like to haggle over prices once I have been given a quote.

"We used My town Handyman from December 2013 through February 2014 and they were great. Cleanups were thorough - the best ever. They were here four times and it was $325 each time. We have no complaints. It was done well enough we could not have asked for a better service. They cleared the sidewalk, driveway, walkway in front of the house and porch steps.
