"I would like to thank John for his outstanding customer service. He was the first to respond to my issue with our gas dryer. Once I explained the issue with the install, he assured me that it would be fixable. John called after his last job of the day and came to the rescue. He repaired the install and was more than courteous, and knowledgeable about the process. He was done in under an hour. By 10 am he had fixed the problem and I was calling NW Natural Gas to turn our line back on. As a courteous John called at 4:15 pm to see how things were going. New Gas Dryer running, no more gas leak and a positive turn around from the frantic start to the day. I would highly recommend John and his team at Baxter Rooter Drain Services.
