"He arrived near the time he said he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable and did part of the work the first trip. We paid him for that hours he worked. He left us to look for the special parts needed for our water system. He contacted us a couple days later with the materials and came out that day and completed fixing the problem. He flushed out our water tank that holds the water from our well and the hot water heater because we were having dirty sentiment in the water. He installed a new valve for pressure release, installed a check valve so the water would not back up in the system, he plumbed the overflow valve to the outside of our well house. (it was spitting all over the inside of our small small Well building and he changed our filter. He advised us as to what to do if the pump had a problem again. He was clear that he is not a WELL guy and only worked on the plumbing issues. If we continue to have problems beyond what he had fixed we needed to call a WELL guy. He is a great guy and easy to talk to. Most of all he follows through. Plumbing is not a cheap service but we would have give him an A for pricing too! but for the sticker shock at the end of the service. He is good but be prepared for the bill. He did give us a 15% senior discount."

Technician Aaron arrived as scheduled and very efficiently and professionally replaced the existing water heater and water circulating pump. The Negative -Outrageous price: I will get over it, but never in my life have I ever been so upset and angry about the cost of a service. We have always been very willing to pay without complaint for quality services. However, this was completely over the top. For $5,128.26 (that included a significant discount) we received a 75-gallon gas water heater, a water circulating pump, minimal amount of copper pipes &amp;amp;amp; fittings, plus 5 hours labor. And there was 40-min travel time to and from Albany. For this reason, we will look for a different plumbing service for any future needs. "
