Get matched with top thermostat installers and replacers in Donaldson, AR

"Overdue THANK YOU to Daniell Heat & Air for their wonderful services and installation of my brand new Bosch HVAC unit after mine went out during a hot, hot, hot run of weather. Cole Lair was my project manager and he was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, polite, respectful, and helpful. Spent an entire day troubleshooting and evaluating my current system and gave me multiple options, as well as the pros and cons of each. Since my existing system was 25% beyond its average life expectancy, I decided not to put a bunch of money into it and to go with an entirely new system. Wes Seymour and Richard Solorzano formed the core of my installation crew and they went way above and beyond to get myself, my houseguests, and my dying elderly Golden Retriever, Butter, some cool air in the house. The main day of the installation, these stalwart master technicians worked from 9am to 11pm to put in the new system in a HOT attic and outside. The company even sent a courier to Ft. Smith, 3+ hours away, to obtain a needed part that was not available locally! Shannon at their office was also another shining example of the quality of this company - so attentive, helpful, and thorough in assisting me with financing. UNBELIEVABLE DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS QUALITY COMPANY! I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!!! And last, but not least in this old heart of mine, was the totally unrelated but humanitarian assistance Wes and Richard provided when my dying elderly dog got stranded down the steps in the yard. He could not make it back up by himself and I'm not strong enough to lift a 105 pound dog up the stairs. I made front and back end slings out of sheets and Wes and Richard carried Butter back up the stairs and into the kitchen for me. They were so gentle and helped me get Butter back settled on his bed in the kitchen... tears then and tears now as I recount their kindness to me and my beloved canine companion. I will never forget it. Ever. I pray God's blessings on this wonderful company and their exemplary employees. https://www.facebook.com/DaniellHeatandAir?mibextid=ZbWKwL"

"The owner was great. Curtis Black was great. They were both were very polite, very helpful,The only problem we had is the installer did not out the new thermostat in . had to call him back because of a noise in the fan ,because of the old thermostat was not connecting ,.Once that was taken care of there was no problems. Very happy with Prime Air .I would recommend them to anyone . great company and staff. thank you Prime Air . GREAT JOB."

"From start to finish, Jim and his crew (Allen and Ronnie) were fantastic to work with.  Very punctual, finished ahead of schedule and had a keen eye for detail and quality.  They were always open to suggestions by us, always willing to make a recommendation on material type or how to detail a condition and extremely fair on settling up on a material cost plus contract.  He provided a proof of insurance.  Jobsite was sparkling clean when they completed the work.

"Konpetan AC & Heating repair came out next day and replaced the thermostat without any problem."

"Very comfortable knowing they didn't cut corners and did what they said they were going to do. I had questions after the install and sell, and they were willing to return my call and answer my questions."

"The work really took a long time, they have to take all the cabinets down and bring them to their shop, I originally wanted it done before Christmas but they weren't able to finish and got the cabinets after the holidays had gone. But the laying of the tile for the bathroom was very well done and they did a very good on the tile work. I give an "A" Rating for the tile floor installation."

"The technician was phenomenal. He was very thorough and made sure to educate me on my furnace after doing my service."
