"Took some time to get estimates, finalize details. Jay included a Pella dealer in the measurements and recommendations on window sizes and styles. Then took 2 months before project started, he is a busy contractor and advised us up front that it would take that long. Once the work started, they were there, on time, when they said they would be. They worked efficiently. Answered all of our questions. Very courteous, no issues with our dog who followed them around every day. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They completed the job in just 2 weeks, on time and on budget. There were no surprises. The windows and doors look beautiful. Extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. Several neighbors got their contact information based on their observation of the work being done. Jay and his team are fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use again. <br />"

He also retrofitted two outlets on our hearth that was not easy and required a bit of out of the box thinking. Everything looks great and he did in just a couple of hours."

"I was looking for a handyman. After dealing with a few incompetent guys, I came across Karl Poruben Jr. on Angie’s List. He had great reviews. I called him and discussed how I was looking to install gutter guards at my residence. He was familiar with the product. Next day, he visited the property to see what kind of ladders, tools etc. is needed for the job. We agreed upon a price. As promised, he showed my doorstep bright and early on Monday. It took him a few hours to complete the job. Job was completed with utmost satisfaction. He’s already coming back to work on different projects. We have had trouble in the past finding someone to do work that was at least as good as what we could do ourselves and have been frustrated in the past having to re-do work by others, but Mike is exceptional - high quality work, treats the project like it’s his own house.
