HUGE mistake. This tactic through intro service is part of owners conman tactics. He gets you to buy maintenance plan. Then, every issue is a huge problem needing big bucks to complete project. He no longer is available. He was to be at my home and I canceled my own job & lost needed income. Speaks through his techs who always are delayed because grabbing other customers immediately on Angi or other services. Raphael LAMBOY is the owner and has not returned my calls or texts.
