After cleaning all 12 ducts, he explained and insisted on showing me the damage. I was previously an appliance salesperson and was trained on air conditioning so I understood the issue. He gave me the price for the mediation with no pressure or scare tactics. At that point, I decided to proceed. I knew the dangers of mildew and that it could spread if not stopped. I hate to spend money but know this was a necessary repair. I am recommending this company to my close friends and family who know that I rarely endorse or recommend repair people."

"Freezing Point is dependable and very responsive. I called them on Sunday and they were at the house within one hour. Our AC unit was 14 years old and had a leak. The owner offered me to replace the Freon for free if I wanted to wait until the end of the Summer. I opted for the work to be addressed quickly and a technician was at the house early the next day to conducted a test. I was given two solutions to repair the leak or replace the unit. I selected the replacement of a new unit which was completed quickly. The technicians that replaced the unit were professional and performed a quality installation with great care .
