"Original panel had internal arcing at aluminum feed bus-bar. Panel was fire hazard!!! Henry did total panel replacement. ( I have experience in this type of work, as part of my job [retired/disabled] was to oversee x-Ray/CT/MRI system installations) Henry is a knowledgeable and professional worker. He came prepared and "had all his ducks in a row". I watched him for a few minutes and decided he needed no overseeing. I would check in once in a while to see if he needed anything. "Our hot water heater began leaking from inside of the unit.  The existing unit was very old and needed to be replaced.  After researching Angie's List, I made a purchase for a replacement hot water heater with Henson Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing.  Henson Mechanical reached out to me later that day to schedule my replacement, and to verify information about my existing setup.  They were able to send an installer out the very next day.
Prior to his visit, Kurt Schmeisser called to inform me that he would be the person to install the new water heater.  Kurt was prompt, and extremely professional.  During the removal of the old unit, and the installation of the new unit, Kurt made sure not to damage anything in my house.  He made sure to put down plastic over runs of carpet in my basement to ensure that it was not soiled.
Since it is now code, Kurt installed an expansion water tank.  This was included in the initial purchase price of the unit, and was not an unexpected and added expense.
Before he departed, Kurt showed me how to manipulate the temperature of the tank.  He then demonstrated how to ignite the pilot light if there was ever a need.
Through the entire process, Kurt was very polite and professional.  I would consider using Henson Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing for future projects.

"The blower on the furnace stopped working.  The technician showed up on time, wore surgical booties over his shoes (to prevent tracking dirt into the house), and successfully diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor.  I asked him why the unit was turning on and off frequently and after some further inspection he explained it was because there was not sufficient return air coming to the unit causing the furnace to over heat (due to low air flow), turns off, cools down, then turns back on again repeating the cycle.  He recommended a couple simple solutions that I could do myself (if I felt comfortable).  Nice guy - friendly, professional, knowledgable, and didn't try to gouge me for every penny.
