I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. Kyle and his team were exactly on time each morning and were very nice and professional and got everything installed smoothly with very minimal need from me. Would definitely recommend."
