"I hired them for fan motor replacement. Nice people, great work. They are good at what they're doing. Fast response. Due to covid, I tried to limit ppl come to our house just for quotation. So I took pictures amd sent to three companies, Sam can quickly identity what model I used, other companies insisted I provide the model number or come to our house for free quote. To be fair, eventually another company also able to do the job, but I already agreed to Sam just 2 mins before he called me. And Sam sent his crew within 2 hours ! Amazing service! Highly recommend."

"They responded to my home quickly and professionally. The technician was very knowledgeable and candid and saved me unnecessary expenses. They fixed the issue and has our ac back up and running within an hour and made sure everything was clean before they left. Will definitely recommend them."

"I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. He gave me several options with regards to repairs and I went with the higher priced option because it was so reasonable and I didnâ  t want to cut corners. I will be scheduling my routine maintenance with him for the summer and winter. Iâ  m so happy I finally found an AC technician I can rely on. I highly recommend him."

"Excellent service - arrived on time and completed within estimate. Joey was my technician he could not be any more professional or efficient. Valentina handled my emergency call early on a Sunday morning and by the early afternoon I had everything back to normal. Couldn’t be more pleased with the services performed, or the professionals involved. No need to look any further, this is the place to call."

"Jay, came to see how to fix or change the central air, gave me an estimate with models and prices better than the competition that charged me $ 95 and $ 170 just to tell me what I already knew that the air did not work. Jay did not charge a penny for the first visit and the price for installing a new furnace exceeded the competition an quality and service. The next day he installed it. Perfect, I'm super satisfied and I would recommend it 100%"

"Isaiah, the service technician from Ray’s, did routine annual maintenance on my central air. My prior contractor retired and I had not had this done in a couple of years. Isaiah was through and answered my questions and concerns. I will be happy to use Ray’s services again."

"

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

We are very happy.

"I have used Pipe Works on numerous occasions as of this date and find them to provide excellent service at competitive prices. Their associates are great to work with and their prices are competitive. The work is always completed on time, as promised and the work area is left clean. I appreciate that they point out things that need repair in the not so distant future. It was great to wake up the other day with power coming from my new Kohler Generator"

"Great service! I would definitely call them again. Very informative and knowledgeable."

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"
