"We were very happy with American Family. Their bid was competitive and the installation of our new air conditioner went very smoothly. They removed the existing system and were great about not destroying our landscape. We had them install the new system in a new location, away from the back patio. He gave his own advice for which models he thought offered the most bang for the buck, and explained the realistic advantages that we would achieve (or not), by going to higher-end components. This, coupled with a competitive proposal, is why we picked TR Miller for our new HVAC system. The install crew arrived on-time, and was very professional. The installation was clean and appears to be done well. Further more, it was nice to see the small details that Tim mentioned during the proposal process were done as promised, without me having to bug anyone.
