"Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. "The team of four guys worked very hard over the course of two days to do all of the above work.  They were professional and explained everything to us.  The used tarps and cleaned up after finishing each day.  In addition, two different supervisors stopped by multiple times over the two days to check in on the progress of the work.
We were extremely pleased by the excellent work and customer service.  We had been in our home for about a year and the air conditioning has never worked as well as it does now.

"EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"

The estimates were 100% accurate, the service was completed sooner than origionally estimated, and they were very friendly.

I've lived in alot of places and finding an honest, dependable, and reasonable car mechanic is not an easy person to find. He took time to describe the troubleshooting and repair, explaining in layman terms so I could understand the what and whys of what needed repaired. He also makes a point of keeping the most common parts on hand, like the thermal coupler. He thoroughly inspected the unit and surroundings and stayed to ensure the unit was working to expectation. Andrew also gave quotes, with descriptions, and took the time to show me the reasoning for the preventative maintenance that he was advising, informative but not pushy or overbearing, and as a woman, who has been taken advantage of by other service providers, it was refreshing to find honesty, respect and the willingness for explanation.
