"This company was fantastic to work with. They came out on a Saturday to look at my furnace, which had been red tagged by the gas company for a natural gas/CO problem. They gave me several options, including repair along with a couple of different options on new furnaces. We went with repair. Although it took nearly a week to track down the part and get it here, they came out again on a Saturday to fix the furnace, and when it wasn't working correctly the next Monday, they came out quickly again to adjust it. We charge by the hour or by the job using a flat-rate pricing catalog, we do not charge overtime fees and we are On-Call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week .We prefer to be payed at time of service, however arrangements can be made under the right circumstances. We also take credit cards.
