"Steve returned my initial call promptly and came over the same day for a rough estimate. I wasn't quite sure yet when I needed the work, Steve was fine with that, and gave me an estimate. As soon as my landscapers were ready to have the place cleared, I called Steve and he scheduled me in for a week later. When he came, he showed up exactly when he said he would (6:45 AM to make sure to scope out the place properly before his crew showed up), and made sure that he understood exactly what I wanted. Throughout the two days of work, Steve called me to check in and to make sure that he was doing the job the way I wanted it. There were no problems at all, and Steve even called and emailed after the job to make sure I was happy with his work. The yard was cleared perfectly, and for a reasonable price, and there was no debris, dirt, or anything left anywhere."

"I was very pleased with the service completed by Bruno. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. When it conflicted with the time I pick up my son from school, he worked around it. He was friendly, took off his shoes as he entered my home, and explained the process to me. As he cleaned from the outside of the house, he continued to explain what he was doing and what he was finding. He discovered that the grate cover was placed over the incorrect vent (bathroom vent) and made the switch for me. As a result of a missing grate, we had a bird's nest clogging up the vent, along with years of lint build up. The cleaning took about half an hour. I learned more about the fire hazard of not cleaning out the dryer vent on a regular basis. I am now sharing this information with everyone. This company was able to schedule an appointment within two days while other companies had a much longer waiting list."

"Company did a good job last summer with 3 bay windows, so I called them back when the rest of the windows in the house needed to be replaced. On the initial visit, I told the rep that I wanted the same windows as last year. He quickly found the job order and picked up the details of the window make/model/etc without any need for me to reinvent the order. The company had the opportunity to try to upsell me, as I asked them about replacement of the skylight in the bathroom. Refreshingly, they declined to do so and told me that it would be much better to wait until we needed to get the roof re-done, and to do the window at that time. As before, the first guy clearly explained the process: guy 1 to take the order and measure the windows, later follow-up visit from guy 2 to remeasure all the windows carefully before ordering their construction, and then a couple of months later, a follow-up call from their HQ to schedule the install. He gave me an approximate window for this scheduling call. It was a pretty broad time-frame because there had been an unusually large number of people needing custom windows. As before, everything went off exactly as the rep indicated. The install team showed up within a half-hour of the estimated time, and installed 11 windows without taking a break. They removed every scrap of rubbish, vacuumed thoroughly, and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived."

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.

From the moment Zach arrived, we knew we were dealing with a true professional.  Called first to let us know that he would be at our residence within an hour;  he arrived on time.  His work and demeanor were exemplary.

We will have Ambient Energy  back to service the air conditioning unit with out reservation. When our contract with Columbia Home Solutions expires in August, we will not be renewing; instead we will call Ambient Energy.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."
